The Umprotech all-electric mandrel CNC tube bender for the US market is built for precision on larger tube sizes, handling up to Ø5.5″ and 20 ft tube length. Fully servo-driven axes deliver repeatable, stackable bends with tight tolerance control, ideal for structural, hydraulic, and chassis-grade geometries.

Mandrel support up to 3.0×D CLR

A robust mandrel package with mandrel extractor, wiper die, and pressure die assist supports centerline radii up to 3.0×D, controlling ovality and wall thinning on tight-radius bends. The integrated anti-wrinkle system stabilizes thin-wall and high-strength tubes, even when pushing large OD bends close to the limit.

Multi-radius tooling and clean, consistent flow

Multi-radius tooling keeps multiple CLR setups on one machine, ideal for assemblies that mix gentle sweeps and tight bends on the same tube. Auto-lubrication protects mandrels, dies, and sliding surfaces, maintaining surface finish and geometry over long production runs.

Applications: heavy-duty hydraulic lines, structural and chassis tubing, construction and agricultural equipment, exhaust and intake systems, large-radius architectural work, aerospace and defense tube sets.

3D programming, simulation, and anti-collision

Automation and high-throughput options
