Industrial Equipment Support Request

Review machines, applications, facility requirements, delivery, installation, training, warranty, service, parts, rental, and financing pathways.

Technical support intake · United States

Give the technician the evidence before the first call.

Submit the machine identity, exact alarm, operating sequence, utility readings, recent changes, safe photos or video, production impact, location, and required outcome.

Industrial machine diagnostic service and calibration support
Structured evidence creates faster, cleaner triage.Submission begins review; it does not authorize dispatch, parts, or warranty.
Machine identityModel, serial, controller, components
Exact eventAlarm, sequence, timeline, changes
Real conditionsPower, air, gas, cooling, environment
Required outcomeRemote, parts, warranty, field service
!
For an immediate hazard, stop and make the area safe first.Follow site emergency procedures, isolate hazardous energy, keep personnel clear, and contact local emergency services when appropriate. Do not bypass guards, interlocks, lockout/tagout, or manufacturer instructions to gather evidence.

Submit the support case

Complete the machine and event record

* Required fields

Use a shareable link. Do not include passwords, banking, card, or other sensitive information.

Submission is the start of triage—not automatic authorization. Technician dispatch, free parts, warranty coverage, response time, travel, and repair scope are confirmed only after the machine, evidence, location, schedule, and applicable written terms are reviewed.

Select the right severity

Describe production impact accurately

Severity helps triage the request. It does not replace emergency procedures or guarantee a response time.

LEVEL 01

Safety stop

The machine is isolated because continued operation may present a hazard. Follow site emergency and energy-control procedures first.

LEVEL 02

Production stopped

The machine cannot produce. State the real production deadline, shift schedule, and any safe workaround.

LEVEL 03

Degraded operation

The machine runs with an intermittent fault, quality issue, reduced output, or limited function.

LEVEL 04

Question or planning

Training, maintenance planning, application review, upgrade, documentation, or non-urgent support.

After submission

How the case moves forward

The first goal is to establish the safest and most efficient support path—not to guess at a replacement part.

Intake review

Machine identity, severity, location, evidence, and requested outcome are checked.

Technical triage

The case is routed to remote diagnostics, parts, warranty, field service, or training.

Evidence request

The team may request clearer labels, readings, logs, videos, manuals, or safe tests.

Written next step

Receive the approved diagnostic, commercial, warranty, repair, or scheduling pathway.

Before changing the machine

Preserve the condition that explains the failure

Unrecorded resets, parameter changes, parts swaps, disassembly, or discarded evidence can make diagnosis slower and affect warranty review.

Document before intervention

  • Photograph the full alarm screen and all related pages.
  • Record the exact sequence immediately before the event.
  • Save logs, programs, parameters, and relevant controller data.
  • Photograph labels, wiring, connectors, hoses, and the machine state.
  • Record measured utilities and ambient conditions.
  • Preserve failed parts, packaging, and service records.
  • List every action already taken and by whom.

Support request FAQ

What to know before submitting

A complete request helps, but never perform an unsafe test only to fill a field.

What if I do not know the machine serial number?

Send clear photos of the machine nameplate, controller, electrical cabinet label, major component labels, and any order or invoice reference. Identification may take longer without a serial number.

Can I send photos and videos through the form?

Use a shareable evidence link, such as a properly permissioned Google Drive folder. Do not send passwords, payment information, or confidential files you are not authorized to share.

Does “production stopped” guarantee immediate dispatch?

No. Severity informs triage. Technician availability, location, travel, machine type, safety, parts, authorization, and the written commercial or warranty scope determine the next step.

Should I reset the alarm before submitting?

Preserve the full alarm and machine state first. Do not reset, change parameters, bypass safeguards, or repeat unsafe operation merely to see whether the issue returns.

Can the form be used for warranty and parts?

Yes. State the requested outcome clearly and include warranty or part-specific evidence. Submission does not itself confirm warranty coverage or component compatibility.

Planning pathway
