Verify the Machine and the Project Before You Buy
UmproTech believes buyer confidence should be based on checkable evidence: the exact machine, written configuration, current condition, project scope, commercial terms and clear responsibility at every handoff. This page explains what to request—not a claim that every past project or every customer can be independently verified from a webpage.
Request a Verifiable QuoteEvidence Hierarchy
| Evidence level | What it can prove | What it cannot prove alone |
|---|---|---|
| Written commercial documents | Quoted model, price, included scope, payment, warranty and transaction responsibilities. | Physical condition at a later time unless updated evidence is provided. |
| Assigned machine identity | Model/serial or configuration, component labels, voltage and current location when documented. | Performance on the buyer's application without an agreed test. |
| Dated photos or live video | Visible machine condition, labels, location context and certain functions at the time recorded. | Hidden condition, future availability or every included accessory. |
| Sample test | Performance on the agreed material, drawing and criteria under the documented conditions. | Unlimited future materials, production rate or operator performance. |
| Visit or inspection | Physical review of the confirmed machine at the confirmed appointment. | Terms not written into the transaction documents. |

Customer Evidence Should Be Used Carefully
Reviews, references, case studies and customer photos can be useful when they are authentic, specific and shared with permission. They do not guarantee the same result for a different machine, material, operator, site or production process.
- A named reference should be current and authorized before contact information is shared.
- A case study should separate verified facts from estimated savings or expected ROI.
- A photo should identify whether it is the actual machine, a similar machine or manufacturer media.
- A testimonial should not be rewritten into a performance guarantee.
Ask UmproTech what project-specific evidence is available for the transaction under review.
Questions That Expose Weak Claims
- Which exact machine or configuration is being quoted?
- Can you show its current labels, condition and location?
- What is included and excluded from the price?
- What work is the buyer responsible for before delivery and startup?
- What does “in stock,” “ready to ship,” “installed” or “turnkey” mean in writing?
- What test will prove the machine fits the application?
- What controls if the webpage and quote differ?
Before Paying
Review the quote, invoice, technical documents, warranty, payment terms, cancellation/return terms, freight responsibility, installation scope, assigned machine evidence and acceptance process. Do not rely on urgency, verbal descriptions or screenshots alone.
