Mandrel support up to 3.0×D CLR
A robust mandrel system with mandrel extractor, wiper die, and pressure die assist supports centerline radii up to 3.0×D, reducing ovality and collapse on tight-radius bends. The integrated anti-wrinkle system keeps thin-wall and high-strength tubes in shape, even at aggressive radii.
Multi-radius tooling and flexible setups
Multi-radius tooling allows multiple CLR setups on a single machine, cutting changeover time and keeping families of parts on one bender. Auto-lubrication extends tooling life and reduces manual maintenance, supporting long production runs with consistent surface quality.
3D programming, simulation, and anti-collision
The control supports 3D programming with simulation so operators can visualize bend sequences before running production. XYZ/rotation import streamlines programming from CAD or measuring arms, while anti-collision routines help protect tooling, mandrel, and machine structure when working with long, complex tubes.
Automation and high-throughput options
Boost capabilities further with a booster for ultra-tight radii, plus auto loader/unloader options for hands-off loading of long tubes. A weld seam detection option keeps seam location under control for oriented bends and downstream assembly requirements.
