Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your UmproTech purchase. If you are not completely happy with your equipment, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused equipment in the original packaging.
  • How to start a return: Email info@umprotech.com or call +1 (872) 268-5842 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom orders, used equipment, and consumables (unless defective) cannot be returned.
Refunds
  • Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm condition and eligibility.
  • Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Restocking fee: A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for opened, installed, or used equipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
