Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused equipment in original packaging.

- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Non-returnable items: Custom orders, used equipment, or consumables (unless defective) cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Restocking fee: A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for opened or used equipment.
