Compact table family • Current catalog price review
5×5 is a floor-space and sheet-format decision. Power is a production decision. Choose the FL55 family only after confirming that the smaller table fits the real part mix—and that higher power will be used often enough to lower cost per accepted part.
The EtalTec FL55 catalog currently spans 1kW through 8kW open-table configurations. The exact source, head, controller, chiller, electrical input, included accessories, warranty and allocation must be identified on the written quotation for the selected product.

|---|---|---|
| FL55-1000, 1kW | Will a compact entry system cover the actual gauge-material workload and required cycle time? | $19,900 |
| FL55-1500, 1.5kW | Does the added output improve the real nesting and production plan enough to justify the step up? | $22,900 |
| FL55-2000, 2kW | Is the shop buying a balanced compact production cell or simply choosing the next wattage? | $23,500 |
| FL55-3000, 3kW | Will recurring mixed-material work use the power, and can loading keep the compact table productive? | $34,900 |
| FL55-4000, 4kW | Does the part mix benefit from faster processing more than it would benefit from a larger table? | $46,900 |
| FL55-6000, 6kW | Can the shop feed, unload and support a high-output source without the 5×5 table becoming the bottleneck? | $64,900 |
| FL55-8000, 8kW | Is there verified throughput and margin data proving that 8kW on a compact table lowers cost per accepted part? | $82,900 |
Compact entry production candidate. Start with gauge material, part size, accepted edge, production hours and the cost of bringing outsourced work in-house. Lower optical power does not automatically prove single-phase compatibility.
Mixed-production candidate. Compare accepted parts per hour, pierce-heavy jobs, material range and whether the 5×5 sheet format creates extra setups or poor nesting.
High-output compact-cell candidate. Prove material flow, gas capacity, extraction, electrical infrastructure and utilization. High power that waits for loading is expensive idle capacity.
No FL55 model should be described as compatible with a customer’s single-phase shop merely from its power rating or a voltage label. The written quote must return the assigned input voltage, phase, frequency, complete load schedule, protective-device recommendation and any transformer or converter architecture.
The chiller, extraction and compressor must be reviewed as separate documented loads. The buyer’s licensed electrician should compare those requirements with measured facility conditions before connection.
That is the current catalog reference for the active listing. The final written quote controls configuration, freight, tax and all added project scope.
No. Shopify quantity signals do not confirm that a particular machine is unreserved, fully configured or ready for immediate shipment.
Only a configuration-specific electrical review can answer that. Do not infer phase compatibility from optical power or a 220V–240V description.
No. Profit depends on accepted parts per hour, utilization, nesting, gas, electrical cost, handling, secondary work and the actual sales mix.
Not as a full-sheet work area. Confirm the actual usable dimensions and build the raw-material plan around the selected table format.
Do not assume so. Those components and any approved alternatives must be identified on the quote for the assigned machine.
Send DXF files, material grades, typical and maximum thickness, monthly volumes, preferred sheet format, shop voltage and phase, delivery ZIP code, gas plan and required startup scope. UmproTech can compare the FL55 options against a 5×10 alternative and return a written project quote.
