UmproTech 1530HT — 1530×3050 mm Sheet & Tube Fiber Laser

The UmproTech 1530HT is a combination fiber laser system designed for US job shops and OEMs who need to process both flat sheet and tube on a single, compact platform. With a 1530 × 3050 mm (60" × 120") sheet working area and tube capacity up to 3,000 mm length and 220 mm diameter, it delivers maximum flexibility for mixed production environments.

Sheet area: 1530 × 3050 mm · Tube: up to 3,000 mm × 220 mm · Laser power: 1500–3000 W (up to 6000 W optional) · Controller: CypCut CNC

Key advantages for US buyers

  • Handles both sheet (1530 × 3050 mm) and tube (up to 3,000 mm length, 20–220 mm diameter) on one machine—ideal for high-mix fabrication.
  • Raycus fiber laser source with 1500–3000 W standard, optional upgrade to 6000 W for thicker materials or faster throughput.
  • BOCI / RayTools autofocus cutting head for consistent quality and reduced manual adjustment.
  • CypCut CNC controller supports CAD, CorelDRAW, PLT, AI, and DXF—streamlining programming and job setup.
  • HIWIN linear guides, YYC rack & pinion, and TBI ball screw drive deliver reliable accuracy and long-term stability.
  • Cutting speed up to 30 m/min and rapid traverse up to 100 m/min for efficient cycle times.

Key technical specifications

Sheet working area: 1530 × 3050 mm (60" × 120")

Capabilities & typical applications

The 1530HT is engineered for shops that need to cut both flat and tubular parts—whether as a standalone cell or as part of a laser-to-bend or laser-to-weld workflow.

  • Flat parts: panels, brackets, covers, enclosures, gussets, base plates
  • Tube & pipe: frames, supports, handrails, structural members, machine bases
  • Industries: metal fabrication, machinery, contract manufacturing, OEM production, general job shops
  • Ideal for high-mix/low-volume work, prototypes, and repeat production runs

Configurations & options

The 1530HT can be tailored to your production needs with a range of power and automation options.

  • Base model includes 1500–3000 W Raycus fiber laser source
  • Optional upgrade to 6000 W for increased capacity or thicker materials
  • BOCI or RayTools autofocus cutting head for hands-off operation
  • Standard tube cutting up to 3,000 mm length, 20–220 mm diameter

Implementation & support for US shops

We work directly with US job shops and OEMs to ensure a smooth installation—from pre-install checks (power, floor space, material flow) to final commissioning. Our team can review your part drawings and material mix to confirm fit and recommend the right configuration.

Support includes basic programming guidance, best practices for nesting and tube setups, and coordination of operator training. Our goal is to help you achieve reliable production and quick ROI.

  • Pre-installation planning and site review
  • Sample part evaluation and process recommendations
  • On-site or remote training and handover

Next step: Send us a few sample parts (DXF/STEP/PDF) and we’ll confirm fit, cycle time, and configuration for your shop.
