UmproTech 10 ft Press Brake — 160 Ton (≈1,600 kN) with E22 Controller
10 ft hydraulic press brake in the ~1,600 kN class with E22 NC backgauge control for repeatable bending in mild steel, stainless, and aluminum. More tonnage headroom than 100–125T brakes for thicker parts, high-strength steels, and larger tooling setups.

Why 160T class makes sense
- More margin: less “pushing the brake” on thicker jobs and tougher materials.
- 10 ft capacity: long panels, channels, frames—fewer split bends and re-handling.
- E22 NC: programmable backgauge positions for faster setup and repeat flange lengths.

Realistic capacity (tooling-dependent)
Capacity depends on material tensile strength, bend length actually used, V-die opening, and inside radius. As a planning guide for air bending mild steel (~60 ksi):
- Full 10 ft class: commonly up to ~1/4" mild steel with appropriate V-dies.
- 5/16"–3/8" mild steel: often mid-length parts (roughly ~7–9 ft), depending on V-opening and grade.
- 1/2" mild steel: typically shorter bends (often ~4–6 ft) with larger V-dies and larger inside radius.
- Stainless / HSLA: higher tonnage required—plan reduced max length/thickness vs mild steel.
