Machine Capacity
30 – 250 ton CNC press brakes to cover everything from light-gauge brackets and enclosures to structural components and large weldments.
Max Bending Length
Up to 12 ft (144 in) bending length for long parts such as channels, architectural trims, door frames, guards, and OEM panels.
Tolerances
Angle accuracy to ±0.5° with CNC angle programming and test-bending, plus consistent flange lengths on repeat production.
File Formats
We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, and PDF files. Our engineering team can also reverse-engineer from physical samples or sketches.

We specialize in precision bending of flat laser-cut blanks into finished components. Typical material types include:
- Carbon steel: hot-rolled, cold-rolled, pickled & oiled, HRPO
- Stainless steel: 304, 316, 409 and similar grades
- Aluminum: 5052, 6061 and other common alloys
- Galvanized & pre-painted sheet: for architectural and enclosure work
For complex parts, we simulate bend sequences, account for bend deductions, and choose the right tooling to minimize marking and distortion.
Need something outside these ranges? Our team will evaluate your part and provide alternative forming or design recommendations.
