Independent service support. UmproTech is not IPG Photonics and does not claim factory authorization unless specifically stated in writing. Warranty units should be handled through the OEM or IPG-approved warranty channel when required.
When an IPG source fails, the problem is not always inside the source. It can come from the chiller, cutting head, QBH connector, fiber cable, interlock loop, CNC controller, wiring, grounding, optics, or machine parameters. We diagnose the full laser system before recommending an expensive repair or replacement.
A failed cut does not automatically mean a failed IPG source. Before replacing the laser source, our service team helps isolate the failure point:

Not every source is economical or practical to repair. We first diagnose the failure and then recommend the best path: machine-side fix, bench repair, component repair, replacement, or upgrade.
No. In many cases, we start with remote diagnostics or on-site troubleshooting to confirm whether the source is actually the problem.
That is exactly why we diagnose the full system. Many bad source symptoms are caused by cooling problems, optics contamination, back reflection, fiber/QBH damage, grounding, interlock faults, or CNC signal issues.
