UmproTech Inc. – Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Installation & Client Responsibility Agreement

2025 Edition

1. Purpose

This Agreement defines the responsibilities, site requirements, and service scope for the installation and commissioning of UmproTech Fiber Laser Cutting Machines in the United States.

2. Scope of Work

UmproTech technicians shall:

Unload and assemble the fiber laser system.
Install, align, and connect the chiller and exhaust turbine.
Connect electrical power, grounding, and control systems.
Configure software and perform cutting calibration.
Conduct operational testing and operator training.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client must:

Prepare the site (flat concrete floor, minimum 6 in thick).
Provide rigging, forklift, or crane (rated ≥ 6,000 lb).
Ensure correct power supply, grounding, and air pressure before arrival.
Provide oxygen/nitrogen/air gas tanks with regulators.
Prepare exhaust piping to the exterior (Ø145 mm).
Position the chiller within 6 ft of the machine, with coolant ready.
Ensure trained operators are present and safety gear available.

6. Installation Timeline

7. Non-Compliance & Standby Charges

If the site is not ready upon technician arrival:

Standby: $120 / hour / technician (min. 2 hours).
Rescheduling: $600 / day / technician + travel expenses.
Cancellations < 5 business days: 50% of labor + travel costs.
Unsafe or inaccessible site: work suspended until corrected.

8. Warranty & Support

Includes 30 days of free remote technical support.

Note: Warranty may be void if machine is modified, relocated, or operated before official commissioning.

9. Client Responsibilities & Liability

The Client accepts responsibility for:

Site readiness, rigging, and utilities.
Supplying consumables and gases.
Paying additional charges for unprepared conditions.
Ensuring operator presence and safe conditions.

Note: UmproTech reserves the right to suspend work if safety standards are not met.
