Data Deletion Instructions
Users who have communicated with UmproTech Inc. through Facebook Messenger or Instagram may request deletion of their personal information and conversation-related data.
To submit a deletion request, email info@umprotech.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include:

The Facebook or Instagram account used to contact UmproTech.

A brief description of the information you want deleted.
UmproTech may request additional information to verify your identity and protect customer information from unauthorized deletion requests.
After verification, UmproTech will delete or anonymize eligible personal information from its internal systems and connected service providers within 30 days. Certain records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty, contractual, or regulatory purposes.
When the request has been completed, UmproTech will send confirmation to the requester.
