Laser Air Compressors & Nitrogen Gas Systems
Explore ANCHU AirCut compressor configurations from 3 to 37 kW plus nitrogen generation systems for fiber laser cutting. Entry-tier 3 kW compressor quotation begins at $3,490, subject to factory confirmation of exact model availability and pressure. Existing AirCut compressor listings rated 16 bar begin at $6,900 for the 11 kW / 15 HP configuration. Integrated compressor + nitrogen generator package proposals begin at $23,900 for 15 kW compressor + N₂-25.
Engineering review required. Compressor kW represents motor power, not fiber laser wattage. Before quoting a complete gas system confirm nitrogen purity and flow at required pressure, generator inlet-air specifications, dryer, filtration, storage, power, and duty cycle. Equipment-only prices exclude freight, taxes and installation unless expressly included. Select a specific model or request a written configuration quote.
Compare the ANCHU AirCut 3–37 kW configurations.
Power input: direct 240 V vs 380 V three-phase
Only the proposed 3 kW AirCut compressor is offered with native 240 V input (phase and full pressure rating subject to factory confirmation). Larger AirCut 4–37 kW models in this offering require 380 V three-phase at the compressor. For 480 V three-phase or 240 V three-phase building service, appropriately rated voltage transformers are quoted as separate configured packages. Do not confuse a site-side 240 V supply with direct 240 V operation of the compressor. For 240 V single-phase service, request engineering review of possible phase conversion and available utility capacity. A transformer alone does not create three-phase electricity or change frequency.
