Mandrel support up to 4.0×D CLR
A heavy-duty mandrel package with mandrel extractor, wiper die, and pressure die assist supports centerline radii up to 4.0×D, giving you a wide working window from gentle sweeps to moderately tight bends. The integrated anti-wrinkle system stabilizes thin-wall and high-strength tubes, helping control flattening and surface marks when bending at larger CLR on big diameters.
Multi-radius tooling and clean flow
Multi-radius tooling lets you run multiple CLR setups on the same machine, ideal for complex parts that mix long sweeps and localized bends. Auto-lubrication maintains mandrels, dies, and sliding surfaces for long tool life, consistent surface finish, and minimal manual intervention in high-throughput cells.
3D programming, simulation, and anti-collision
The control platform provides 3D programming with simulation so operators can validate bend sequences before production. XYZ/rotation import streamlines programming from CAD or measuring systems, while anti-collision monitoring helps protect tooling, mandrel, and machine structure when handling long, heavy tubes and multi-stack tooling.
Automation and high-throughput options
Boost capability with an optional booster for tighter radii within the 4.0×D envelope, plus auto loader/unloader systems for hands-off handling of long stock. A weld seam detection option keeps seam orientation under control for safety-critical, pressure-rated, and cosmetic assemblies.
