Complete machine information Description

ANCHU AirCut + N₂ Laser Cutting Gas Packages

Compare equipment-only package proposals combining one ANCHU AirCut laser cutting air compressor and one ANCHU on-site nitrogen generator. Five configurations are offered for quotation, with compressor motor ratings from 15 kW (20 HP) through 37 kW (50 HP). The compressor's kW/HP rating is not the laser source power rating.

Available Compressor + Nitrogen Generator Configurations

Compressor Motor Nitrogen Generator Separate Equipment Prices Proposed Combo Price
15 kW / 20 HP ANCHU N₂-25 $25,800 $23,900
18.5 kW / 25 HP ANCHU N₂-40 $32,800 $30,900
22 kW / 30 HP ANCHU N₂-40 $34,800 $32,900
30 kW / 40 HP ANCHU N₂-60 $43,800 $40,900
37 kW / 50 HP ANCHU N₂-60 $45,800 $42,900

Bundle prices are preliminary equipment-only U.S. retail proposals. Freight, taxes, rigging, electrical work, pipework, commissioning, extra gas treatment and installation are not included unless stated in the final written quote. Images illustrate related ANCHU equipment; exact appearance and configuration may vary.

Engineering Review Required Before Purchase

Final nitrogen generator and compressor pairing must be confirmed in writing for the customer's laser power, cutting materials and thicknesses, target purity, nitrogen flow at pressure, air inlet pressure and flow, duty cycle, available facility power, dryer, filters, storage tanks and any nitrogen booster. The generator's advertised laser-power category alone is not proof that a specific compressor provides enough usable feed air.

What to Send UmproTech

Provide the fiber laser make, model and kW, maximum stainless/aluminum thickness, cutting schedule, expected nitrogen pressure, target purity, available electrical supply, delivery ZIP code and whether startup/training is requested. UmproTech will confirm the bill of materials, warranty, lead time, actual system sizing and final delivered quote before order.

Commercial terms: Quote-only pending engineering verification. No gas purity, flow rate, pressure at the cutting head or in-stock delivery date is guaranteed by this listing.

Electrical Supply Options — 380 V Three-Phase Compressor

The compressor motor ratings of 15–37 kW are not laser source kW. These package configurations are designed around a 380 V three-phase compressor input (subject to factory motor nameplate verification). A site with 480 V three-phase or 240 V three-phase power may select a site-voltage transformer allowance, which must be engineered for the total load, motor starting current and duty cycle.

Air Compressor + Nitrogen Generator 380 V 3-phase (no transformer) 480 V 3-phase site → 380 V 3-phase transformer 240 V 3-phase site → 380 V 3-phase transformer
15 kW + N₂-25 $23,900 $30,895 $31,895
18.5 kW + N₂-40 $30,900 $37,895 $38,895
22 kW + N₂-40 $32,900 $39,895 $40,895
30 kW + N₂-60 $40,900 $50,895 By quote
37 kW + N₂-60 $42,900 $55,895 By quote

240 V 3-phase site options do not mean the compressor itself operates on 240 V. Only the separate AirCut 3 kW product is offered with direct 240 V input; its phase and factory data require confirmation. A transformer does not create three-phase power from single-phase service and does not change frequency. For any single-phase site, or where a larger/unlisted transformer is needed, request a separate engineered converter and electrical quote. The quoted equipment allowances do not include electrical labor, freight or tax.
