Laser Welder Package | 1500W, 2000W & 3000W Systems

Review machines, applications, facility requirements, delivery, installation, training, warranty, service, parts, rental, and financing pathways.

Handheld Laser Welding Packages for Fabrication Shops

UmproTech reviews 1500W, 2000W and 3000W handheld laser welding systems around material, joint design, fit-up, production volume and operator workflow. The goal is a complete startup package—not only a base machine.

Application review

  • Mild steel, stainless steel and properly reviewed aluminum applications.
  • Material thickness, joint type, gap condition and required finish.
  • Production parts, repair work, cabinets, frames, tanks and fabricated assemblies.
  • Welding-only, 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 process requirements.

Package components

  • Laser source, handheld welding head and industrial chiller.
  • Wire feeder, supported wire sizes and starter consumables.
  • Shielding gas regulators and shop utility review.
  • Safety area, PPE, fume control and operating procedures.
  • Startup, parameter guidance, operator training and U.S. support.

Fit-up matters. Laser welding is not a cure for uncontrolled gaps or poor joint preparation. Photos, drawings or sample parts should be reviewed before selecting power and wire-feed setup.

Freight, taxes, onsite installation, gas equipment, electrical work and additional safety equipment are not included unless listed in the written quote.
