10 ft Production Press Brake Packages
This page is for fabrication shops comparing serious 10 ft bending capacity. UmproTech reviews 125-ton, 160-ton and 175-ton class options around the actual parts, tooling and production workflow.
Best fit
- Long panels, cabinets, enclosures and structural brackets.
- Shops needing more working length than an 8 ft brake.
- Production environments requiring CNC control, repeatable backgauge positioning and segmented tooling.
Capacity must be calculated
A 10 ft bed does not mean every thickness can be formed across the full 10 ft. Required tonnage changes with material tensile strength, V-die opening, bend radius, bend length and forming method. A full-length heavy bend may require a higher-tonnage machine than a short bend in the same material.
Configuration review
- 125, 160 or 175 ton class based on the part.
- TP10S or higher CNC control depending on axis and workflow requirements.
- Standard segmented, gooseneck and application-specific tooling.
- Crowning, backgauge, safety and support options.
- Power, freight, unloading, rigging, installation and operator training.
