PURPOSE:
Laser machine UmproTech 1530P (6000W) is designed for laser metal processing. Processing is carried out by cutting and engraving on a plane. The fiber laser cutting machine is a high-tech equipment that combines laser cutting technology and precise CNC mechanism. The machine is successfully used in the metalworking industry, due to the high precision of processing, as well as the best quality of the resulting products.

FLYCUT TECHNOLOGY
This technology optimizes the processing of thin metals. The system does not cut with separate objects, but recognizes all the contours lying on one straight line and after that the cutting head passes the entire sheet at a high pace along a certain straight line. This feature greatly saves processing time when punching a sheet.
NESTING TECHNOLOGY
Allows you to place the maximum required number of parts on the processed sheet, the waste minimization parameter is also taken into account. Thus, time is saved on the preparation of the task. The option also calculates the processing time for this task. This allows you to accurately calculate the cost of the finished product.
TECHNOLOGY LEAD POS
Provides the placement of cooling points along the contour of the part to prevent overheating of the treated surface and flash in the cut zone. This function is relevant for cutting metal at low speeds, angles and small elements.
MICRO JOINT TECHNOLOGY
Automatic placement of jumpers along the cutting contour. Thanks to this option, the finished product does not fall out after cutting, and also prevents the part from turning perpendicular to the workpiece. PULSECUT TECHNOLOGY
PulSeCut technology is designed for high quality processing of complex contours. The function allows you to process certain sections of the contours (corners, closely spaced sections) in a pulsed mode. Switching between PulSeCut and normal mode is carried out automatically according to the settings. PulSeCut allows the machine to switch between continuous and pulsed cutting modes even within the same circuit.
LINESECUT TECHNOLOGY
LineSeCut does not cut each part separately, but all contours lying on one straight line, which significantly reduces the processing time for thin sheet metals. The optical head passes the entire sheet line by line at a high rate, cutting out the contours in the corresponding segment. The time savings are especially noticeable when cutting perforated gratings.
Laser beam thickness compensation functions are also available to achieve absolutely precise product dimensions. Possibility to set cutting points outside the workpiece processing contour at an arbitrary angle and at different distances, both in automatic and manual modes.
The coordinate system is controlled both from the CNC rack and using a wireless remote control, which greatly facilitates the positioning of the cutting head in relation to the workpiece, and also simplifies the work of the machine operator.
SAFETY:
FUNCTION DEFINITIONS POSITIONS LIST
This function allows you to automatically determine the positional projections and the angle of rotation of the workpiece on the machine table and adjust the cutting program if necessary. If the material is not level on the pallet, then the edges of the material will be detected using the detector and the material will be programmatically rotated to the required coordinates.
A NEW GENERATION OF SAFE FOLLOWING MODULES
The cutting head maintains a constant distance from the workpiece during the cutting process, which reduces the risk of collisions. The machine will stop cutting at the slightest collision with an obstacle. This reduces the accident rate and improves cutting performance.
AUTO GAP TRACKING SYSTEM
