UmproTech BS 270 FA Automatic band saw for metal cutting

PURPOSE:

Automatic band saw machine UmproTech BS 270 FA - designed for cutting workpieces made of metals: non-ferrous, nickel, titanium, as well as high-alloy and structural steels. The design of the machine is classic for this type of equipment: a massive bed is used as the base, and a saw frame is used as the cutting module.

The cutting process itself is carried out by a saw blade (band saw), which is welded into a ring and mounted on a saw frame, using tension on pulleys. The saw frame lowers and rises automatically, and a reliable mechanism has the ability to adjust the speed of lowering the saw frame, depending on the installed workpiece and cutting modes.

APPLICATION AREA:

Automatic band sawing machines are used in large and medium-sized industries for small-scale, mass production:

• when cutting long products, for subsequent turning,
• when cutting metal profiles and pipes, at different angles, for subsequent welding of the structure,
• when cutting metal blanks at procurement factories and bases (pipes, profiles, rods, etc.).
